At Horizons, we usually have daytime, evening and Saturday appointments available.  

Our usual fee for the initial consultation is $160 and subsequent 45-50 minute sessions are $130.  Most insurance covers a portion of our fee and we have agreements with many insurance companies to accept their "UCR."  Individual therapists often can make arrangements for self-pay people.
